Strategic consultancy

It is a necessity in the initial moments of corporate life and, above all, in moments of crisis. Strategic business consultancy serves to address and find the solution (always in terms of sales, customers and profits) to projects such as: Evaluating the project of a Startup to build its business engine and accompany it in the initial phase; Launching a new business line or a new product (if, how and when) that is able to produce the expected income; How to grow the business (turnover and margins) of a company, even when it seems to be blocked; How to strengthen a company's position on the market company (e.g.: how to increase sales, whether to buy a competitor, whether to invest in innovation, whether to divest a division, etc.); Transfer production abroad; Buy or build a new factory; Evaluate which market segment it really is profitable for the company; Guide investments to generate profits (e.g.: investing in product innovation, process innovation, etc.); How to differentiate yourself in the market to stand out among competitors and gain the trust and credibility of customers (e.g.: positioning , competitive advantage).The objective is to build the solution that allows the company to grow in terms of profit.

Economic and accounting organizational consultancy

The financial statement represents the most important moment of synthesis in company life, whatever legal form the company has, to arrive at its correct preparation, I analyze and resolve all types of problems relating to individual accounting structures, I provide support and consultancy in the preparation of financial statements exercise or periodic, mandatory or optional, ordinary or extraordinary. The following services are carried out through collaborations directly referable to me: Data processing and organization of accounting; Keeping of accounting records; Communication of the periodic result in relation to VAT payment; Compilation and electronic submission of annual VAT data communication; Compilation and electronic submission of Intrastat and Black List communications; Recording of purchases of capital goods and related entries in the register of depreciable assets; Periodic verification of the financial and economic result; Drafting of financial statements in accordance with the 4th EEC directive complete with balance sheet, explanatory notes, income statement and attachments; Assistance in preparing accounting situations. I also provide opinions on the correct application of national and international accounting standards and consultancy in the drafting of ordinary and consolidated financial statements.

Financial consultancy

The increasingly complex business needs, the need to find new financing combined with the diversification of products and offers, have made the figure of a specialist consultant indispensable. In fact, I am able to act as an intermediary in the complex relationship between the Bank and the Company , helping entrepreneurs in the analysis, management and recovery of economic resources necessary to grow their business reality. I collaborate directly with all the actors necessary to achieve the objectives, creating a strategy and a financial plan capable of optimizing the possibilities and methods of accessing and managing credit. To do this I offer personally or through collaborations directly referable to me a series of integrated services, such as: Analysis of the Bank of Italy Risk Centre; Economic and financial analysis of the Company; Analysis and monitoring of credit lines; Credit consultancy for the improvement of company parameters; Treasury and financial and economic planning; Development of Business Plan and Credit Report.
Temporary management and Corporate Bodies Temporary management I personally, or a collaborator directly reporting to me, becomes a manager who works in your company for a limited period of time on a specific objective and project. There is no interest in a traditional career, I am not looking for the security of a permanent job and the stability of long-term management. I have time and result as essential references for my work. I am able to intervene: If your company needs a strong change to prevent or resolve a crisis risk or even avoid alert procedures; When your company is going through a period of difficulty and you want to be temporarily supported by capable management for the time strictly necessary; When you have special projects (internationalization of the business, opening of new business units, repositioning or launch of new brands, acquisitions, start ups) you do not have suitable managers in your staff and/or you do not want to hire external managers on a permanent basis; When you are not satisfied with the results of your company but you don't want to have to manage the traditional consultant, who knows how to give lots of advice and make lots of reports, but leaves you alone to carry them out. The interventions take the form of: Definition and sharing of objectives between the company and the firm; Brief company check up with definition of the intervention strategy; Definition of times, intervention methods and costs Choice of the manager or managers in charge; Development of the assignment; Supervision and control; Project closure.
